Returns & Refunds Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, not opened or assembled, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. The customer is responsible for returning and insurance of the item back to us in resalable condition, safely by UPS Ground or FedEx Ground.  No refund is provided on damaged returns either. There is a 15% restocking fee for all returns. Returns sent without a prior return authorization from Comfybase Store will not be accepted.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, along with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues With Your Product

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right for you.

All shipments must be thoroughly inspected for any sign of damage BEFORE signing the carrier's freight bill. The driver is required to wait during your inspection. If there is damage or missing boxes, note the damage or shortage on the carriers delivery receipt and be specific.  Examples:  Desk top damaged, corner is crushed or one box damaged subject to inspection.  Hold all damaged goods and their packaging material for inspection.  If you have the ability to photograph the transit damage please do so immediate and email it to us.  

If you receive damaged merchandise, please take a picture and email us the picture at office@comfybase.com right away. We will only replace damaged goods within 48 hours of your order receipt.

By signing the carrier's freight bill, without any notations of damage or missing items, you are agreeing the shipment was delivered in good condition.  We have no recourse to file a freight damage claim once the shipment was signed for as received in good condition.


Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
